Maid Order: I Became A Master Of SSS-class Maid Girls

Chapter 226 - 73 - Heirloom Weapon New Owner

Chapter 226 - 73 - Heirloom Weapon New Owner

The warm welcome came from a woman standing at the end of the dark, shadowy room, shrouded in darkness, and not far from the familiar main chair in this dining room.My eyes glanced at the Butler standing beside me and whispered, "Forgive my troublesome younger sister, Master Weiss."

"It’s not that she doesn’t welcome you, it’s because there were some unknown... Beyond the schedule."

"Especially after seeing an unknown guest has joined beside your maid, Master Weiss," the Butler continued, glancing at Aria, who was blocking a fast object attack towards her onto the floor.

Kllaanngg...

Kllaanngg...

A spoon, fork, and knife used for dinner could not possibly be thrown that fast unless the thrower had experience doing such things.

"It’s okay, it’s my fault for bringing an unknown maid in the line of maids I brought," I replied while raising my hand to the important figure standing at the end of the room.

The important figure, with a calm, elderly expression and sharp eyes, seemed to understand the sudden changes taking place. My left hand didn’t let go of my magic cane, which was ready to launch several black hole portals to prevent a second attack.

But it seems that will not happen.

"It’s been a long time since we met, and please forgive the sudden arrival of my new maid," I said after greeting him with a small wave.

The dining room for the dinner banquet was filled with silence and strict discipline, especially when the schedule changed or something unplanned was present.

Elysia and my other maids were also curious about this. Their faces began to tense, as if to say, "Who is that maid?" or "When did a new maid join?"

Well, such questions are bound to happen and are unavoidable.

I also have to explain Aria’s position, which suddenly appeared and sparked everyone’s curiosity in the Fujimoto family’s main dining room, especially for someone who already met Aria.

"Oh, Weiss..."

"That’s right, it’s been a long time since we last met."

"Would you be so kind as to introduce me to this mysterious figure I know?"

A hoarse, deep voice rang out, the distinctive voice of an old man who had lived for over a century and still worked tirelessly. He was the head of the Fujimoto family, whom I knew for his gentle demeanor and unwillingness to add unnecessary trouble to his life.

His hand shot up to stop another attack aimed at Aria, which happened to be in a straight line with me. It seemed the Fujimoto head family was aware of the potential threat of a follow-up attack that Aria might miss and land on me.

I’m not that weak to withstand the rapid attack of a spoon and fork, but I’m not that strong to withstand the attack of a small knife used to cut roast meat. So it becomes another quite scary story, if it really happen.

"I know that you already know her."

"Even you know about myself better than before, right?"

I responded with a small snarl, drawing the ire of those standing in the shadows. My impolite attitude and behavior almost drew the full brunt of Aria’s sharp gaze, directed towards me.

My other maids also felt panic and prepared to run towards me, but all of that was held back by the sound of laughter that escaped from the mouth of the head of the Fujimoto family.

"Hahaha!! That’s right... Yes! That’s right! I know you better than ever. That’s why I invited you to this dinner, Weiss."

"Oh, that would be rude to someone who has lived longer than me. Should I call you by the honorific ’Ghost of Narzik’ or ’Master Weiss’ to be more polite?" asked the Fujimoto head family after a hearty laugh that eased the tension around him.

Pat...

Pat...

I immediately patted Aria on the shoulder and gave a small nod to the Butler beside me, a sign that I would approach the head of the Fujimoto family.

The Butler just smiled and nodded, following my plan to approach the head of the Fujimoto family.

Aria, who was still on guard after fending off several quick attacks aimed at her also nodded. She prepare to protect me from close range.

Tap...

Tap...

Without thinking about the complicated things I would do next, I immediately headed to the end of the dining room and pulled out an empty chair guarded by my maids. The Butler and Aria separated as if returning to their respective owners, Aria with my other maids, while the Butler returned to the Fujimoto family’s side.

"Just call me Weiss."

"Our relationship is nothing more than just business, even though we know each other’s ’true’ identities, right?"

"Thank to this maid of mine," I said while pointing at Aria, who had taken her place in the row of my maids.

Elysia, Rina, Hitomi, and Chizuru couldn’t take their eyes off Aria. The four of them seemed curious about Aria, but didn’t dare say a word. This was due to the tense situation and their immobility, which would tarnish their status as my proud maids.

"I can’t do that after the Great Queen of Another World has become your honorary maid, Master Weiss."

"Without respect for you, I certainly have no right to be so presumptuous. Especially after I bought something I can’t use."

Snap!!

The Fujimoto head family snapped his fingers, and a woman who had been standing in the shadows approached. She carried a long black suitcase, the contents of which I could already guess.

There was no mistaking it; it was the suitcase containing Aria’s heirloom weapon.

"Don’t worry about it, it’s yours now," I replied as I placed the magic cane beside my chair, still holding the tip of my magic cane.

"What does that mean, Master Weiss?"

"You’ll know once you open it," I said calmly and leaned my back against the back of the plush dining chair.

Before the dinner began, I encountered a rather lengthy and tiring exchange of pleasantries. Displaying a heirloom weapon that had lost its original owner... in front of its real owner’s eyes, that was undoubtedly a display of dominance from a family head who wanted to remind me of my inferiority complex.

I don’t really care about that, as long as Aria remains to became one of my maids. Getting a rarely used heirloom weapon or a maid who’s always useful. Of course, I prefer getting something useful for myself.

I can find or forge weapons...

However, a maid who is professional and has various kinds of experience. That one is hard to find and always hidden in plain sight.

I don’t know what kind of luck I’ve had, but I’ve met Aria, the second most powerful maid in the Narzik World. Her immense experience and loyalty are worth far more than any heirloom weapon at auction.

To be honest, it was just an heirloom weapon used for the coronation ceremony of female knights who were worthy of becoming general knights or the coronation of professional maids who graduated to become certain specialist maids.

There is no special magic from the heirloom weapon other than shining brightly and strengthening honor to a higher level.

With a weak hand signal, the head of the Fujimoto family ordered the suitcase containing the heirloom weapon to be opened.

Cttaakkk...

Cttaakkk...

From between the loose suitcases, a golden light peeked out, attracting the attention of everyone in the main dining room. Ellen, who was across the dining table and had changed into formal attire, was also curious about the contents of the golden-glowing suitcase.

The suitcase slowly opened, revealing the golden gleam of the heirloom weapon, which had recognized the head of the Fujimoto family as its new owner. Even if it had to force me to crown Aria as my new maid, using my new identity as Weiss Guderian.

"Impossible!" The head of the Fujimoto family was shocked after looking at the contents of the suitcase and seeing the heirloom weapon he had bought from the auction shining brightly with a golden light.

"It’s possible... It’s the heirloom weapon that gave birth to the second most powerful Great Queen in the Other World. I don’t know where you got it from... but it’s definitely yours, now."

"Is this okay, Master Weiss?" The head of the Fujimoto family looked hesitant and looked at me with an awkward look in his eyes.

"I don’t think that’ll be a problem. Is that right, Aria?" I replied, glancing at Aria, who was still became the center of attention of my other maids.

Even though it was just a silent, unsuspecting glance, I could feel that my maids had all sorts of questions in their heads for Aria.

"I don’t think that would be a problem for me, Master Weiss," Aria replied in her usual gentle manner and bowed respectfully towards me.

"That world died long ago and was swallowed up by emptiness. The most precious treasure for me now is meeting Master Weiss and her other maids. I’m happy that we finally meet again... Also, nice to meet you, Elysia." Aria continued, standing up straight and looking at Elysia.

"H-Have we met before?" Elysia asked in a surprised tone.

"Yes, we’ve met. Do you still remember the Dungeon Boss with skeleton form? That was me..." Aria replied with a smile.

"..." Elysia was silent for a moment and closed her eyes.

"Elysia... she’s the one who’s been guarding this magic cane," I said to trigger Elysia’s vague memories of Aria.

"Ohh!! That Dungeon Boss!" Elysia screamed, remembering her past Dungeon explorations with Elliot and El Ria.

Suddenly, it made my other maids curious and demanded Elysia to immediately explain that Dungeon exploration in detail.
