Now, the Academy’s disciples run away like they’ve seen a ghost as soon as they see you and your husband. I bet they’d prefer to leave the Academy than to accept your challenge!" Little Book said to Mo Jiuli, speechless.

"Little Book has a point. So this time we can’t rob the disciples or target those low-level factions!" Mo Jiuli nodded in agreement.

"But didn’t you promise the Vice Dean not to rob the Elders?" Di Minghan asked indulgently, looking at Mo Jiuli.

"Yes, because Elders are poor too! Therefore, we must rob someone who’s a Local Tycoon, only then we can resolve our desire to have a thorough look at the Library!" Mo Jiuli said with a mischievous smile.

"Are you talking about the Veteran Scholar?" Di Minghan was taken aback for a moment and then raised an eyebrow at Mo Jiuli.

"That’s right, I think there’s no one in the Academy more suitable for us to rob than the Veteran Scholar!" Mo Jiuli laughed as she spoke.

"Master, that old man is a foodie. You should be able to handle it with gourmet food!" Little Book’s eyes lit up as he spoke.

"That’s what I thought too, so Little Book, you know what to do, right?" Mo Jiuli pinched Little Book’s cherub face and said.

"Got it, Master, don’t worry!" Little Book replied.

Only then did Mo Jiuli leave the Space with Di Minghan, noticing Xiaohong’s pitiful look, Mo Jiuli smiled and said, "Come on, Master will take you out to play!"

Mo Jiuli said as she placed Xiaohong on her shoulder and glanced at Di Minghan, "Call Elder Han!"

"Okay." Di Minghan agreed.

Shortly after, Elder Han appeared before Mo Jiuli and Di Minghan, saying, "Greetings, Master."

"Let’s go!" Mo Jiuli nodded. The three people and the beast left their residence and once again arrived at the Library.

When the Veteran Scholar saw Mo Jiuli and the three arriving, he slightly raised an eyebrow and asked, "So soon you’ve gathered enough points?"

"No!" Mo Jiuli stated truthfully.

"What are you doing here without points?" the Veteran Scholar asked, bewildered.

"We’re hungry and wanted to make something to eat, so we thought of you, Veteran Scholar. You wouldn’t chase us away, right?" Mo Jiuli said, smiling at the Veteran Scholar.

"Go to the back!" The Veteran Scholar looked at Mo Jiuli’s smiling face, wanting to refuse, but the gourmet food Mo Jiuli had made days ago was unforgettable, so he awkwardly relented.

Then the Veteran Scholar led Mo Jiuli and the three through another small door on the First Floor. Once inside, they found it to be a small courtyard, simply but comfortably decorated, looking like the place where the Veteran Scholar usually rests...

"If the food isn’t tasty, I will throw you out!" The Veteran Scholar warned Mo Jiuli.

"Veteran Scholar, rest assured, I might not be good at fighting, but my Cooking Skills are top-level!" Mo Jiuli replied with a smile.

The Veteran Scholar pursed his lips and turned to leave, leaving Mo Jiuli and the three in his courtyard, not worried they’d destroy anything...
